Personalized Macro Count

Before the challenge begins, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out so that you can receive your personal macros. 

Library of Resources

Immediate access to a library of resources, such as the Getting Started with Macros Guide, Individual Macro Guides & videos, Meal Prep & Meal Planning Guide, video content on how to use a food scale, pep talk videos, & SO much more.

Weekly Macro Focus

Each week focuses on a new topic related to macros. The weekly focus is structured using our proven method to help you grasp macros without overwhelm & learning as you go! If you like to work ahead, all materials are available as soon as you sign up.

Official Meal Plan

A meal plan with 3 calorie levels to use during the Challenge. Utilizes recipes from the BBH app & includes how-to use information, printable grocery list & meal plan sheets, & tips and tricks! Used in conjunction with learning to count macros, this will help simplify getting started!

Recipes

A dedicated Recipe section in app with SIMPLE, no fuss recipes & meals to help you meal plan & hit your macros. 

4-Week Workout Plan

A 4-week workout plan that includes 3 day/week full-body strength workouts that can be completed in a gym setting or at home.  Track it in the app! Cardio recommendations with additional HIIT workouts are provided. Includes access to our entire video Exercise Library.


Q&A's

A live call with Hilary to get your personal questions answered and learn from other challenge member's questions. In addition, there are weekly Q&A threads to ensure you have all of the support you need.
