Whether you've tried counting macros on your own and been unsuccessful or you don't even know what a macro is - this challenge WILL teach you exactly what you need to know to implement macro counting to reach your weight loss goals. We start you off with a personal macro count and then take you step-by-step through weekly lessons that contain educational information, video lessons, and pictures to help you grasp each macro and related topics.
Before the challenge begins, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out so that you can receive your personal macros.
During the challenge, you will have access to a library of resources, such as the Getting Started with Macros Guide, Recipe Guide, Meal Prep & Meal Planning Guide and video content on how to use a food scale.
Weekly lessons made available in the app to help you learn what you need to know about each macro - protein, fats, & carbs. The lessons are structured using our proven method to help you grasp macros without overwhelm & learning as you go!
A chance to get your personal questions answered and learn from other challenge member's questions. In addition, there are weekly Q&A threads & you are encouraged to make posts with your questions to get all of the support you need.
